The Virgin Islands Department of Public Works (DPW) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Department of Transportation (DOT) Program is committed to supporting the advancement of socially and economically disadvantaged owned small businesses by encouraging active participation in federally funded projects in the territory.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise programs are intended to ensure nondiscrimination in the award and administration of DOT-assisted contracts in the Department's highway, transit, airport, and highway safety financial assistance programs.
